About this sauce
Made popular in Albany, NY in the 1980's, this sauce is regionally popular on Mozzarella Sticks, but don’t just say cheese and smile. It's also excellent on sweet potato fries, a topper for ice cream, cheese cake and yogurt, you can be bougie & mix it into your favorite margarita, toss some EVOO & vinegar with it for the prefect salad dressing or double dollop it on prosciutto & roll it for an explosion of flavor on your next charcuterie board.
