About this sauce
Our sauce gets it heat from ghost peppers and charred arbols. That heat is balanced with a deep smokey sweetness from smoked pineapple, and just a hint of ginger. The result is one of our more complex flavor profiles, while still keeping our ingredients simple.(Hot) This sauce won 2nd place in the Screamin' Mimis Hot sauce competition, fruit based hot sauce 2024!!
