About this sauce
Featured on Hot Ones and 2019 Sofi Winner "Best New Hot Sauce" Assam is a state in northeastern India and home to the ghost pepper. As an homage to the region, we created a fragrant curry with a depth of flavor which perfectly balances the warmth of the ghost pepper and the added heat of the 7 pot primo. Pair with reduced coconut milk for an amazingly quick yet complex curry. Heat 7/10
