About this sauce
A long-held ambition come true – barrel aged, vinegar-free hot sauce! Using just four ingredients, this is the hottest of the collection and one to excite the chili connoisseur. Using scotch bonnet chili that has been aged for twelve months and finished in a bourbon conditioned oak barrel, we have created something really special and unique. Heat level: 4/5
