Batch #9, aged in the barrel for 9 months. Brunson’s pub supplies us with a used barrel from the restaurant that they aged a Vieux Carre drink in multiple times. Hints of the oak barrel, vanilla, caramel, char, Courvoisier, Old Overholt rye, bitters, vermouth, and the distinct and unique hot banana
