About this sauce
Small batch 1 gallon mash ferments of red Big Jim Chilies that were grown from seed in Indiana and produced in a commercial kitchen Compliant with the Department of Health. The stems were removed by hand before the chili peppers (seeds and all) were mashed. This product will need further processing.
