Bio Sojabohnen aus Österreich und gerösteter Bio Weizen werden zu dieser einzigartigen Sojasauce gemacht. Diese Sojasauce ist perfekt wenn man einem Gericht noch einen Umami-Kick geben will, aber eine normale Sojasauce zu aufdringlich schmecken würde. Subtil und komplex im Geschmack. Aus dem Hause von Luvi Fermente – dem Geschmackskreationsteam rund um Lukas Nagl Salzgehalt: ca. 13 % Reifedauer: 3 Monate Unpasteurisiert!
