About this sauce
A Caribbean table sauce with a base all its own. Pumpkin, carrot, tomato, and apple make it rich and savory, soy and worcestershire deepen it, and habanero lights it up. A local favorite from St. John in the Virgin Islands. Use it on anything: soups, stir fry, marinades, and grilled meats. Contains soy.
