About this sauce
The Calabrian is made with olives, onions, garlic, and capers to produce a very savory Mediterranean kind of flavor. The medium level kick of heat at the end comes from Calabrian chile peppers grown in Calabria, the "New Mexico" of Italy. This one is very versatile. A real everyday go to sauce if you prefer a more savory and less sweet experience.
