About this sauce

Carolina Reaper Sauce The Carolina Reaper is officially the Worlds Hottest Pepper as ranked by Guinness Records. There is nothing normal about this pepper. Just looking at it, you know it's one mean pepper. The Carolina Reaper has a unique stinger tail that is unlike any other pepper. With 8 to 9 pods per bottle and the freshness of fruit, this sauce does not only deliver in flavor but heat as well. It gets this insane heat from being a cross between a Pakastani Naga and a Red Habanero. Oddly enough this pepper doesnt just have heat, but excellent flavor as well. Carolina Reaper Scoville Heat Units (SHU): Average: 1,500 000 (1,400 000 - 1,600 000)In terms of taste, this is likely the sweetest super-hot pepper you are going to find there's a lot more flavor to the Carolina Reaper then you'll find in most extremely hot peppers. In fact, the extreme hot sauces made from it are quite tasty if you are used to super-hots. Still, a warning: this is a scorching chilli.Creator: Ed Curry World Record: 2013
