About this sauce
Tangy mustard up front, sweet on the finish. Molasses, brown sugar, honey, and apple build the sweetness, and worcestershire and tomato add savory depth. Rich in flavor, not in price. Made for pork: ribs, pulled pork, chops, and chicken thighs. Brush it on near the end so the sugars don't burn. Contains fish and mustard.
