About this sauce
A table sauce that eats like a salsa. Tomato, sweet red pepper, and orange juice make it bright and a little sweet, arbol and New Mexico chiles bring a clean medium warmth, and garlic, sweet onion, and cilantro finish it fresh. Thick enough to sit on a chip. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, and eggs. Refrigerate after opening.
