About this sauce
Chimichurri is an uncooked sauce used in cooking; it comes in a green version and a red version and originated in Argentina. It is made of finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano and read wine vinegar. The dominant flavors are parsley and garlic. Perfect for meat and fish, pizza and salads.Use as an alternative for a standard pesto.
