Tangy, Thai inspired sauce with a hint of anchovy that packs in umami flavour with the fruit creating the perfect marriage of savoury, sour and smallest hint of sweet. Excellent sauce for steak, prawns, sushi and noodle dishes. Size: 130ml and 500ml Ingredients: Vinegar, mango, garlic, red pepper, chili, fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt), sea salt. Shake well. No colours added, no preservatives, all natural. *Contains anchovies.*
