About this sauce
Description One of Culley's originals; the Bhut Jolokia is fiery, very fragrant and fruity with a slight hint of citrus. It well known with Indian style cuisine, particularly authentic curries, and also compliments meat, barbecues and tomato sauces. Please note: this product has not been gluten tested and therefore we cannot claim that it is gluten-free. We are working through updating the product image to reflect this. Ingredients Red Bell Peppers, Vinegar, Onions, Sugar, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost) Chillies, Palm Sugar, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, White Pepper, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum)
