This sauce is what happens when delicate and dangerous decide to work together. We start with ghost peppers grown on small farms, known for their intense heat and bright, flowery flavor. Then we pair them with St Johnsbury Distillery's Elderflower Rum, which brings a light floral sweetness that softens the edges just enough to let the flavors shine.
