Experimental Seoul Searching Orange & Habanero Hot Sauce - 150ml Heat 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Orange, Habanero & Gochugaru Hot Sauce A little bit fruity, a little bit fiery and absolutely not here to behave. This experimental little number brings together juicy orange, fruity habanero heat and Korean gochugaru chilli flakes for a sauce that's packing plenty of personality. Expect a punchy citrus hit up front, a lovely rounded chilli warmth and a subtle Korean-inspired twist. Sweet, tangy, fragrant and just the right side of naughty. Brilliant with grilled chicken, seafood, tacos, stir-fries or anything that could do with being dragged kicking and screaming out of flavour town. A limited run for now. It's an experiment, after all. Whether it earns a permanent place in the Lazy Scientist line-up is still up for debate. Your taste buds can help decide. From bland to bang. One squeeze at a time.
