This yummy micro batch features Serrano peppers that we fermented ourselves to make a pepper mash with bright flavors unique to our terroir. Local onions, fresh ginger, and garlic scapes further distill this sense of place. Enjoy liberally on dumplings, corn on the cob, or grilled sweet potatoes. 🔥🔥 (2/6) Ingredients: In-house fermented Quill Hill Farm red serranos, distilled white vinegar, Honey Field Farm onions, salt, LePage Farm fresh ginger, Pete’s Greens garlic scapes.
