Winner! First place in the Hot Sauce category at 2025 NC Specialty Foods ‘Best in Taste’ Awards Competition Winner! Second place in the Verde hot sauce category at the 2021 NC Hot Sauce Festival A few years ago I had a fair amount of super hot local green pods that never had a chance to ripen before our season ended, as well as some extra jalapeños and serranos. So I blended them all together and the mix turned out great! The mix varies a bit by what I have but always includes mild, medium, and super hot peppers! Ingredients: mix of hot green chiles, white vinegar, onion, garlic, local honey, salt Check out Bill Moore's review of Green Eyed Monster here!
