About this sauce
2x Award Winner! 2023-2nd place, sweet sauce & 3rd place, unique at The Scovies, New Mexico Meet the POG of hot sauce! This sauce is a homage to my Cuban roots. Fresh Guava and Passion Fruit puree, along with Habaneros and an orange vanilla white balsamic vinegar from a local olive oil shop, Drizzle, this sauce is like candy! Guava and Passion Fruit hit you first, followed by a slow lingering burn from the habaneros and a slight sweetness from something familiar but hard to place…that’s the vanilla vinegar. A nice subtle undertone. Enjoy with soft cheeses and crackers, shrimp, ceviche, spicy margaritas, and anytime you want to transport to the tropics.
