About this sauce
This “verde” style sauce has roasted hatch chilies, roasted garlic, roasted jalapenos, cilantro and Scorpion pepper all bathed in vinegar. It has very fresh and crisp vinegar nodes up front balanced with the legendary hatch chile flavors with hints of smokiness by the roasted hatch, jalapenos and garlic. This unique combination of flavors is given a tinge of unique heat that builds on you from Scorpion peppers.
