About this sauce
Gochujang paste is hugely popular with chefs and avid at home cooks. It is a fundamental ingredient in Korean cooking as a thick and spicy-sweet bright red paste made from red chilli peppers, glutinous rice (also known as sticky rice), fermented soybeans, and salt.
