KONG CANDY Spicy Char Siu BBQ Glaze In Collaboration with Kirky's Chinese Kirky's Chinese is run & owned by our very own member of Staff Vanessa. Throughout this year while we've both been churning out the huge range of sauces we make we've been carefully developing a super tasty spicy char siu glaze. Deep red in colour, packed full of umami flavours & nicely mildly spiced with some fermented red jalapeño chillis. We whacked this in a nice easy 200ml squeezy bottle for easy drizzle action over some bbq meats and everything eastern cuisine. ALLERGENS IN BOLD Hoisin sauce (36%) (soy, wheat, sesame, gluten) Brown sugar Rice wine vinegar (Sulphites) Water, Golden syrup Soy sauce (soy, gluten) Modified maze starch Molasses Red jalapeño mash (4%) (Chilli, salt, acetic acid) Monosodium glutamate (MSG) Garlic powder Five spice (cinnamon, anise, Fennel, lilac, ginger) Ginger powder Black pepper VEGAN FRIENDLY 200ml
