About this sauce
La Cabra Loca starts with the rich flavours of traditional Mexican cooking. Smoky ancho, guajillo and chipotle chillies meet earthy epazote, achiote, agave and lime to create a bold, savoury hot sauce with some serious depth. That's where the tradition ends. We brought Pepper X®, the world's hottest pepper, into the mix. Not just for its world record seeting heat, but for its natural citrusy notes that play beautifully with the lime and balance the rich, smoky Mexican chillies. The result?
