About this sauce
Now you can put the heat of lightning on your buffalo wings, pizza, mac-&-cheese, chicken, or whatever else deserving of a garlicky hot buffalo sauce that also comes with a pretty cool story. A portion of all sales are donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a memorial scholarship in memory of Jonathan Skinner--who despite a losing battle with Cystic Fibrosis left this world a brighter place. Dr. Scoville captured lighting in a bottle for Johnathan, who was an avid storm chaser and degreed meteorologist whoe especially loved lightning. May you love this sauce as much as the world loved Johnathan Skinner.
