About this sauce
This combination of chunky Serrano and Jalapeno peppers makes an excellent green sauce. But when you add minced garlic and onion and the touch of balsamic vinegar, it’s almost too much flavor. Almost, but not quite. Without a lot of heat to mask the flavors, it’s probably the mildest sauce we offer. But, you won’t miss the heat at all. We guarantee it!
