About this sauce
First you get a subtle sweetness followed by a complex yet pungent mustard flavor. The whole grain ads to the complexity of this hand crafted mustard. The heat of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion hits you as soon as the mustard hits your nose. When you exhale the flavor of mustard and Maruga is present. The heat and flavor lingers. A little goes a long way. Served a in 125ml jar.
