About this sauce
Now that Hurricane Katrina has faded into the past, we have upgraded the label with a new name. It has the same great taste as the popular Katrina so we saw no reason to mess with it. The combination of Red Jalapenos, Cayenne, and Habanero, minced garlic and onion, and Louisiana Cane Syrup kissed with a touch of mustard still provides an explosion of delight in mouths craving flavor and moderate heat. If you liked the Katrina Storm Sauce, you will not be disappointed with the new name.
