This is our second entry into the One Pump Chumps limited series that we reserve for something that's special to us that we can only do on a limited basis. This is a chili garlic sauce AKA a sambal. We like to keep it simple and flavorful, with fermented chilis and 6 month fermented garlic. Experience a multitude of uses: whether on pizza, in marinades, stir fry, or eggs. This is a one size fits all style of sauce.
