About this sauce
This is the first sauce in our limited "One Pump Chumps" series. We wanted to celebrate hatch chile season with a small batch of fermented char-roasted hatch chile verde with medium heat. Heat Level: 3/10 Pairings: street tacos, carne asada, tamales, grilled fish, quinoa bowls. Ingredients: Kombucha, Tomatillo, Roasted Hatch Chile, Red Onion, Garlic, Serrano Pepper, Salt, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Spices.
