About this sauce

SWEET PEARS. ROCK 'N' ROLL. A LITTLE TONGUE NUMBING. We teamed up with Canadian rockers Finger Eleven to create Pear-A-Lyzer, a fruit-forward hot sauce inspired by their hit song Paralyzer. And just like the song, this one's got a pretty memorable hook. Sweet Bartlett pears, apples and apricots meet aromatic cardamom, fresh ginger and superhot peach peppers for a complex blend of sweet, savoury and spicy. Then come the Szechuan peppercorns, bringing their signature tingling, tongue-numbing sensation that gives this sauce its name. It's a little sweet, a little spicy and guaranteed to get your taste buds moving. Featured in the Hot Ones subscription box. Made in Canada.

Apple cider vinegar, Bartlett pears, yellow peppers, super hot peach mash (peppers, distilled vinegar), apples, dried apricots, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, onions, turbinado sugar, Szechuan peppercorns, garlic, sea salt, cardamom, spices.
