Because even the hottest pepper on the planet deserves a little sweetness. Our Pepper X® Hot Honey is built around the contrast of rich, golden honey and the intense, lingering heat of Pepper X®. The pepper's natural citrusy character complements the honey's floral notes, creating a sweet and spicy hot honey with depth, balance and a serious kick.
