About this sauce
Medium -(not to be confused with POG² from season 28 of hot ones) “ POG" stands for Passion fruit. Orange. Guava. But here at Hot T's we like to switch it up and add in a little heat so we kicked out the guava and slapped in some Ghost Pepper! This sauce has very sweet Lilikoi taste, a splash of Orange, with some heat on the the backend! Our Recommendation: *Pairs well with Shrimp Tempura, Watermelon, Salad, Cucumber
