About this sauce
Inspired by a childhood classic "La Bomba" antipasto spread. This interation of the calabrian classic was created for my father, the hardest working man I know who taught me the foundation of effort that goes into all of our hand-crafted products. Perfect on sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and everything in between.

Hot Italian Peppers, Sundried Tomato, Kalamata Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Wild Vancouver Island Mushrooms, Eggplant, Olive Oil, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Onion, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Fennel, Oregano.
