About this sauce
A proper island jerk sauce. Habanero and Scotch Bonnet bring a fruity, floral heat, and a full blend of allspice, thyme, sage, cumin, and fennel wraps around it, with lime and balsamic keeping it bright. Use it as a jerk marinade for chicken and pork, or straight on grilled meats and rice.
