Scotch Brain Peppers are a cross between the Yellow 7 Pot Brain Strain and the Scotch Bonnet Pepper. They are fruity and citrusy. This is a simple recipe where the fermentation and chili peppers shine! Ingredients include- Scotch Brains, Onion, Sea Salt, Water, Vinegar, and less than 1% Xanthan Gum
