About this sauce
2025 Golden Chile winner at ZestFest.net, NYC Hot Sauce Expo winner, and the 2025 International Flave Award. This incredible new sauce pairs Fatalii/Datil peppers with Chipotle Morita peppers, lime juice, honey, vinegar, onions, sugar, garlic, salt, & cumin. You'll notice the citrus & sweet up front, then a hint of smoke as the Datil pepper builds on the back end. Fantastic!
