Coffee and Chili Spice Rub is the perfect way to season and prep any type of grilling, smoking, roasting, or braising! Brown sugar and kosher salt draw out the external moisture, locking in the meat’s natural juices, while Stumptown coffee takes care of the tenderizing. When allowed to marinate, it also cuts the cooking time! Deliciously seasons beef, pork, chicken, fish, shrimp, tofu, tempeh, chilies, soups, snack mix, etc. Heat level 1 out of 10.
