About this sauce
AWARD WINNING / MEDIUM HEAT / MAX FLAVOUR LEAVE IT ON YA TABLE CUZ IT'S GREAT WITH BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DIN DINS, KEEP A BOTTLE IN THE BEDSIDE DRAWER TOO FOR DESSERT. The perfect spicy, smokey condiment for dipping, dunking and glazing. This was the first hot sauce I made and sold! It's been a solid favourite and an award winner for balanced heat and flavour. I'm a bit of a spice nerd and have found the nicest un-heat treated smoked paprika which gives this sauce it's smokey flavour. I mix scotch bonnets with italian tomatoes, loads of garlic & red wine vinegar which makes it an almost ketchupy hot sauce.
