About this sauce
One of our most popular hot sauces, Sweet Ginger Thai is a thick and sticky spicy sweet chili sauce that combines dry-seared thai chiles, habanero, fresh ginger, lemon and garlic. A sweet & sour start slides into a subtle spicy conclusion for a culinary condiment capable of pairing with plenty of meals. Like that last sentence, this sauce brings a lot for your tongue to handle. Great in Asian cuisine, on pizza, chicken, pork and fish. Works as a glaze, a dipping sauce, or a pour sauce.
