Sometimes you just want a classic. Vermont Habs is our straightforward, no-nonsense habanero hot sauce made with bright red Hot Paper Lantern habaneros grown on small farms. These peppers bring that clean, fruity heat habaneros are famous for, without a lot of extra distractions. The result is a hot sauce that’s vibrant, punchy, and pepper-forward. It has a lively heat that builds quickly but still lets the flavor of the peppers shine. It’s fantastic on tacos, eggs, burritos, grilled meats, rice and beans, or anywhere you’d normally reach for a classic red sauce. Simple ingredients. Great peppers. A lot of flavor.
