About this sauce
This mustard was created for a local seafood company that wanted a wasabi mustard topped salmon filet on a cedar plank. It took off from there and quickly became on of our featured flavors. Very popular with our hunting/fishing customers. Gluten Free, Vegan & Kosher Distilled Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Water, Salt, Flavoring, White Wine, Wasabi Powder, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Spices, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Blue #1.
