Paired with the earthy, tart sweetness of fresh cranberries from Cape Cod, our hand-pressed Concord grape wine vinegar, roasted sweet potatoes, and fermented garlic honey, this sauce masterfully balances intense heat with bright, tangy flavors. A true celebration of bold spice and local harvests! $1 from every bottle sold will be donated to Mill City Grows, an urban agriculture non-profit in Lowell that connects and educates our community and youth about gardening and local food.
