About this sauce

We teamed up with Aunty Jenny Spices to turn one of the all-time great comfort foods into a hot sauce. Built around Aunty Jenny’s Butter Chicken Spice Blend, this sauce layers smoky paprika, garam masala, coriander and fenugreek with tomato, ginger and coconut cream. Fresh cayenne and habanero chillies bring a gentle, lingering warmth without getting in the way of those rich, savoury butter chicken flavours. It’s tangy, creamy and warmly spiced, with just enough chilli to keep things interesting. Pour it over chicken, eggs, chips and rice, load it onto a kebab or sandwich, or use it anywhere you reckon could use a little butter chicken magic.
