About this sauce
This Cantonese garlic chilli sauce is inspired by the flavours found in family run kitchens and the bold, savoury flavours of souther Chinese cooking. Built on garlic, fermented yellow soybean paste, and red chilli, its balanced with rice vinegar and black vinegar for depth and heat. Designed to be spooned, splashed or cooked with.
