About this sauce
Flammenmeer vereint grobes Meersalz mit Habanerosaft aus Chilis aus eigenem Anbau. Flammenmeer hat den Schärfegrad 9 von 12 und ist damit ein sehr scharfes Würzsalz. Flammenmeer eignet sich zum Würzen und Verschärfen von Fleisch, Grillgemüse, Erdäpfeln, Pizza, Pasta und Eierspeisen. * Der Habanerosaft zieht direkt in die Salzkristalle ein. Wunderschön, immer gleich scharf.
