About this sauce
What's aromatic, fruity and embodies the sweet, intense heat of Florida? The Datil pepper, cultivated in St Augustine for well over a century. We thought it deserved its place in the sun. Pure Florida...inside and out! :-) Pair with seafood, grilled meats and vegetables, pasta and dressings. Makes a killer ceviche!
