About this sauce
Heat Level: 🌶️ Mild-Medium All heat comes naturally from the peppers. No capsaicin oils or extracts, ever. The Fresno peppers in this sauce are grown by Vets on the Farm, a veteran agricultural program right here in the Pacific Northwest. We source every pound we can from them because we believe in what they're building, and because those peppers are genuinely exceptional. The flavor opens with roasted garlic and a touch of honey sweetness. Then the Fresno and habanero blend brings a fruity, building warmth that lingers without punishing. It's the sauce people ask about after they try it at the market. Made in small batches in Spokane. Best on: Pizza, tacos, fajitas, burritos, grilled fish, rice bowls, as a marinade for chicken or pork.
