For those needing the ultimate sweet-heat maple experience, this is a rich dark Vermont maple syrup (Stony Hill Maple Farm- Fletcher, VT) carefully infused with Vermont-grown Ghost Peppers (UVM Catamount Farm- South Burlington, VT). The result is a product that is extremely hot while retaining a rich dark maple flavor. This product can be used just like regular maple syrup or as a spicy dessert sauce, with roasted squash or carrots and sweet potatoes, it's also amazing as a glaze for ribs, chops, chicken or beef, or can be incorporated into a barbecue sauce.
