About this sauce
This savory/sweet blend is made from Washington state Huckleberries and Wild Maine Blueberries along with fatali peppers. The flavor is just like the solid purple color...incredibly unique! Not as sweet as you might imagine, this sauce goes very well with pork chops, chicken and breakfast sandwiches. It is a true confluence of sweet, tart and savory!
